We currently accept Debit- and credit card, Paypal and Bank Wire Transfer as payment options.

Communication between you, us and PayEx is encrypted when card data is exchanged. We use the highest level of security and SnusDirect never handles or stores any credit card details.

We accept cards with MasterCard, Visa and American express. You might need to verify your card payments with the security method 3D Secure. This is to validate that it’s the card owner who carries out the payment, and to prevent misuse of the card. Please contact your bank if you want to connect your credit card to 3-D Secure. They will be able to provide you with an identification method that you use for payments online. If your card is already connected to 3D secure you will be prompted to verify your identity with your code during the payment.

You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. Kindly contact customer support at PayPal if you have any questions regarding the payment.

You can make an advance payment to our bank account using IBAN and Swift. You will receive an email with Instructions after placing your order. We accept the payment in Swedish kronor (SEK), US Dollars (USD) and Euro (EUR). The bank transfer will reach us within 1-2 banking days. Once received, your order will be processed and shipped.

The ordering limit depends on the shipping method and the country you choose, the restrictions for your purchase are visible in the checkout. Please read all details that pop-up as you complete your order, it is also important to contact your local customs for information regarding regulations and national limits.  

We do not offer shipping to the chosen country, please look through our list of where we can ship to.

Due to EU legislations we are not allowed to send any tobacco within the European Union. All deliveries are made to destinations outside of the EU. However, we do sell nicotine pouches, tobacco free and nicotine free products within the EU from our Sister site snusdirect.eu.

We do not sell within Sweden, check out our list of countries we sell to.

The shipping cost is visible in the checkout, it varies depending on how large your order is and which shipping alternative you choose.

PostNord mail (5-14 business days) – An economical international service, but with a longer transit time. PostNord mail orders have a 2-14 business days transit time after leaving our warehouse, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Available worldwide, with certain restrictions.

Snus Direct uses PostNord mail for all standard deliveries.

PostNord REK mail (5-14 business days) – Same as above, but delivery is tracked using a reference number.

PostNord tracking to Canada (5-14 business days) – A shipping method with tracking for packages shipped to Canada, this service is tracked using a reference number like Postnord REK, the difference is that the delivery does not require a signature when delivered so the parcel is not insured.

UPS Express delivery (2-5 business days) – Our international express carrier, UPS, provides a fully traceable delivery service. Transit time is usually 2-5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Snus Direct uses UPS Express Saver for all Express deliveries.

Tracking is available when you choose PostNord REK, Postnord tracking or UPS as shipping method. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Keep in mind that the delivery time varies depending on what shipping alternative you choose. It is either 5-14 business days for PostNord or 2-5 business days for UPS. Business days is excluding weekends and other holidays. Read through our shipping information if you are unsure.

Please contact us if you want to cancel your order, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet left the warehouse, it is therefore vital that you contact us as soon as possible.

We do not take snus in return since it is a perishable product.

Custom policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Yes, you, as the customer, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

As a member and customer of Snusdirect.com, you automatically earn points for every can you purchase, the only requirement is that you are logged in when you place your order.

Once you have created an account you can check your points under “my account”, it is shown on your dashboard.

Points are earned for each can you purchase. Earn 1 point for each can and reach different levels to claim free gifts and free rolls. Points are not available until your order is completed and shipped. 

Please note that your bonus cans cannot give points, only the ones paid for.

When you have reached 100 points you will be rewarded a free roll, available in the checkout with your next order. Half way with 50 points you can also collect free gifts.

The reward can temporarily disappear if your order is unsuccessful, but do not worry, your reward points will show up again on your account within one hour!

We do not have a physical store and we do not sell within Sweden, all our sales are online.

Please send us pictures of the damaged or incorrect product and the documents inside the package to our customer support support@snusdirect.com.
